This is your chance to be the backbone of our operations—managing supplies, coordinating workflows, and supporting our team so we can deliver top-notch business solutions to our clients. If you’re a problem-solver with a knack for multitasking, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

Office Management – Ensure smooth daily operations, from stock checks to equipment maintenance.
Data & Reporting – Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses to support decision-making.
Team Coordination – Liaise between departments to keep workflows efficient.
Budget Support – Assist with expense tracking and budget planning.
HR Tasks – Help with on boarding, attendance records, and policy implementation.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field.
✔ Experience: 2+ years in administration (manufacturing background a plus!).
✔ Skills:

  • Master of multitasking with flawless organization.
  • Microsoft Office whiz (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong communicator—written and verbal.
  • Basic HR knowledge is helpful.
    ✔ Personality: Proactive, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure.
