Your Impact:
Lead HR Strategy – Develop and implement people initiatives across our electrical/lighting and cabinetry divisions.

Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Education: Bachelor’s in HR/Business (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
✔ Experience: 8+ years in HR, with 3+ years in a managerial role (manufacturing/retail/multinationals a plus).
✔ Skills:
- Expertise in Ugandan labor laws and HRIS tools (e.g., SAP, BambooHR).
- Fluent English (Chinese or local languages are advantageous).
- Strong emotional intelligence and conflict-resolution abilities.
✔ Leader: Strategic thinker who balances corporate policies with cultural dynamics.
