About the Role:
Are you passionate about community development and financial inclusion? Pride Bank Limited is looking for energetic Relationship Officers to join our Community Banking team across multiple regions in Uganda!
In this role, you’ll be the bridge between the bank and local communities—helping individuals and groups access financial services, grow their businesses, and build lasting relationships. If you’re a people person with a knack for sales and a heart for empowering others, this is your chance to make a real impact!
What You’ll Do:
Grow Our Network – Recruit and nurture new group clients while strengthening existing relationships.
Drive Business Growth – Meet and exceed targets for loans, savings, and other banking products.
Build Trust – Engage with community members, understand their needs, and offer tailored financial solutions.
Manage Risk – Monitor loan portfolios to keep non-performing assets (NPAs) low.
Prepare Proposals – Work with teams to structure credit deals that benefit clients and the bank.
Be Mobile – Ride to meet clients (motorcycle riding permit required).
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Education: Diploma/Degree in Business, Agribusiness, or related field.
✔ Experience: Fresh graduates welcome! (Teaching background is a plus).
✔ Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Local Knowledge: Fluency in regional languages is a must.
✔ Integrity: Impeccable honesty and professionalism.
✔ Riding Skills: Valid motorcycle permit and willingness to travel.
