What You’ll Do:
Define the Strategy – Craft a winning product vision for our Neobanking services, aligning with FairMoney’s mission to revolutionize digital finance.
Lead the Roadmap – Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to build and adapt a dynamic product roadmap.
Understand Customers – Dive deep into market research and user data to create products that truly meet customer needs.
Launch & Optimize – Oversee the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch—ensuring top quality and compliance.
Mitigate Risks – Work with Compliance teams to keep products secure and regulation-friendly.
Track Success – Use data-driven insights to measure performance and continuously improve our offerings.
Lead & Inspire – Mentor a talented product team, fostering innovation and excellence.
Who You Are:
✔ Educated & Experienced – Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Finance, or Tech + proven experience in fintech/banking.
✔ Tech-Savvy – Strong grasp of digital banking (mobile apps, APIs, UX) and analytics tools (SQL, Python, Excel).
✔ Market Expert – Deep knowledge of African fintech trends, regulations, and customer behaviors.
✔ Leader & Communicator – Exceptional at guiding teams, solving problems, and making data-backed decisions.
✔ Entrepreneurial Spirit – A proactive, innovative mindset ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
