Are you a purpose-driven leader passionate about transforming lives through safe water and sanitation? Water Mission Uganda is seeking a West Nile Regional Manager to lead our life-saving work in refugee settlements and vulnerable communities.

What You’ll Do:

Spiritual Leadership – Model Christ-centered servant leadership through daily devotions and team prayer.
WASH Project Excellence – Direct the design, construction and maintenance of water/sanitation systems to highest standards.
Strategic Partnerships – Strengthen collaborations with UNHCR, GIZ and local stakeholders.
Operational Management – Ensure projects meet scope, budget and timeline targets.
Field Impact – Conduct site assessments and train teams for sustainable solutions.
Regional Oversight – Approve expenditures, vehicle use and staff activities across West Nile.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Faith: Growing relationship with Jesus Christ; aligns with WM’s Statement of Faith.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Development (Master’s preferred) OR 7+ years WASH experience.
✔ Experience:

• 5+ years in NGO management
• Proven track record in project/team leadership
  ✔ Skills:
• Exceptional cross-cultural communication (English fluency)
• Proposal/report writing expertise
• Ability to build consensus and develop leaders
  ✔ Commitment: Willing to relocate to Arua and travel extensively in rough terrain.
